As a Telecaller at Mr. Pincode, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, playing a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and promoting our real estate offerings. • Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote Mr. Pincode's real estate services and offerings.

• Engage with customers to understand their real estate needs and provide relevant information.

Maintain a database of client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

• Follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert them into potential clients.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns effectively.

• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property viewings and appointments.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge or interest in the real estate industry is a plus.

• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
