Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential clients or leads to promote products or services.
Manage and update customer information in the database.- Address customer queries and provide information about the company's offerings.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Maintain records of calls and interactions, providing feedback on the quality of leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.- Collaborate with team members to improve calling strategies and processes.

Excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages.- Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive approach.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or the ability to learn quickly.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree may be preferred.
