We are looking for a Telecaller with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to potential customers and generating leads
Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints
Maintaining a database of customer information
Meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets
Keeping up-to-date with product and service information
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
Ability to generate leads and meet targets
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
