Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone to introduce and explain our digital marketing services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects through follow-up calls and emails.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services based on our offerings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated CRM with accurate customer data and feedback.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support lead generation efforts.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Representative or similar role in sales/customer service.
- Excellent proficiency in English both spoken and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in digital marketing or tele-calling sales is preferred.
