We are looking for a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in Tele Sales and should be able to sell products or services to potential customers over the phone. This is a target-driven role and the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers over the phone to sell products or services
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
• Generate leads and follow up on them to close sales
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

Skills and Qualifications

• 6mth-4 years of experience in Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Target driven and results-oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking systems
• HSC passed/Graduates
