We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, selling products over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
  • Sell products over the phone
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
  • Meet or exceed sales targets


Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in tele sales or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
