Job Summary
We at Robu.In have a dedicated
B2B-Sales Team who engages with
Customers for all their
Sales related activities. Each
Sales Executive is assigned with a certain set of customers through whom they take efforts to achieve their
Sales Targets. But in all of this, after placing orders, initially some of our customers go stagnant and they lose engagement with us. In this way we have classified our customers into
Performing Accounts (PA) and
Non-Performing Accounts (NPA).
We are looking for smart candidates having good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and who are able to handle stress/work pressure well. Candidate should possess good listening skills, ability to think quickly, make a recommendation or provide solutions to the customers issues. A clear & pleasant speaking voice with fluency in English, with availability for immediate joining is required. Please note this is an entry-level position, suitable for Freshers or Candidates with 0-to-1 years of experience in
Customer Care profile/
Out-bound Sales, Sales Support,
Tele-Sales or
Inside-Sales for
Electronic Products & Components.

Salary Range
1,92,286/- to 2,53,355/-
Fixed CTC per year + (Additional)
Sales Incentives Up-to Rs.72,000/- per year based on Sales (NPA) conversion.
(12,000 to 16,000 In-hand Per Month + 1,000 to 6,000 Variable Incentives based on sales conversion) + P.F + ESIC + Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefit provided by company.
Educational Qualification
ITI/Diploma/B.E in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications (E&TC), Mechatronics,
OR any Graduates/12th passed with relevant experience into Tele-Sales/Out-bound Sales or Customer Care.
Required Key Skills
- Ability to listen, with active problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Microsoft Excel with Basic Computer knowledge.
- Good verbal & written English communication is a must.

Job Responsibilities
The major job responsibilities of the
Tele sales Executive will be:
- Daily calling the Customers from the Non-Performing Accounts (NPAs) and understanding the reasons behind Low/No business.
- Resolve issues related to Services/Pricing of the products required by customers by coordinating with the Sales Executives.
- Researching the web and understanding the Competitors products for a comparative study to better assist the Customers.
- Properly understanding the electronic technicalities and functions.
- Mailing of shipping details and invoices to customers.
