We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services over the phone, building and maintaining Clients relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential Clients to sell our products and services
• Presenting our Services

Providing in detail information about the services we offer

Answer the question about the service offered by us

• Understanding Client Needs

Asking pertinent questions to understand client requirements and close the sales.

• Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in tele sales
• Strong communication skills in English and Telugu
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent customer service skills
• Handling complaints and providing solutions
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
