Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various sources, including leads provided by the company, referrals, and networking.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand the insurance needs of potential clients through detailed conversations and analysis.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the insurance policies and coverage options offered by the company.
- Consultative Sales: Educate clients on different insurance options, provide expert advice, and tailor insurance solutions to match their specific needs.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations to potential clients.
- Objection Handling: Address client concerns, objections, and questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals, explaining policy terms and benefits.
- Closing Sales: Skillfully guide clients through the insurance purchase process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain contact with clients, providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and addressing any changes in their insurance needs.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with industry regulations.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Previous Sales Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field is preferred but not required. Willing to train motivated candidates.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex insurance information in an understandable manner.
- Sales Skills: Effective sales techniques, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing deals.
- Product Knowledge: Willingness and ability to learn and understand various insurance products and policies.
- Licensing: The candidate should acquire or possess the necessary insurance licensing (or be willing to obtain it).
- Results-Oriented: Motivated by meeting and exceeding sales goals and objectives.
