We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets through telecalling. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and offer products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve sales targets and meet monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
- Assist customers with product information and pricing.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Generate sales leads through various sources and use effective sales techniques to convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common sales goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in telecalling or sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales skills and ability to close deals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, with proficiency in other regional languages being a plus.
