We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our products and services over the phone and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

Making outbound sales calls to potential customers
Explaining the features and benefits of our products and services
Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Keeping up to date with product knowledge and sales techniques

Skills and Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
Good organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
