The Tele Sale Person is responsible for generating sales by cold calling and other outbound sales activities. They will identify potential customers, build relationships, and close deals. This individual will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to research potential customers and their needs. The successful applicant must be organized, driven, and have strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound phone calls to potential customers to introduce our services and promote our web design solutions
- Develop relationships with potential customers and provide them with customized solutions
- Identify customer needs and interests through effective questioning and active listening
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and follow up on additional sales
- Utilize customer relationship management system (CRM) to track customer interactions and data
- Record sales activity in CRM and update customer information
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer interactions
- Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of tele sales experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role
