Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and converting potential customers into clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about offerings.
Maintain accurate records of customer details, sales activities, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales/marketing will be a plus.
