Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Tele Calling Executive located in Gurugram. The Tele Calling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company products and services, answering customer queries, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The Tele Calling Executive will also be required to maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively handle customer objections and rejections
• Experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work well in a team and meet targets
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
