Experience
1 to 3 Years of Telesales experience is a must
Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs
Good customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask
Good team player
Impressive multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines
High school diploma / BA/BSc degree would be a plus
