We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team at JMD Jobs. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and persuading them to become our clients. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outgoing calls to potential clients, effectively introducing our services
  • Conduct cold calling to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide information and details about our recruitment services to potential clients
  • Persuade potential clients to become our clients by highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of our services
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while engaging with clients
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Keep accurate records of all calls and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing client acquisition
