Good communication Skills. Fluent in English and Hindi.

Understand Customer needs and requirements and help resolve queries raised.

Understand the Product and troubleshoot accordingly to solve queries over Call, Email & Chat.

Must have used CRM. (Inbound Process)

Looking for a professional who would like to be a part of our growth story, keen to learn and has the rightaptitude. There are 1 shifts in the process i.e. 7am to 4 pm
