Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication skills, with a good command of [Insert language requirements, e.g., English, Hindi].- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Persistent, results-driven, and highly motivated.- Basic computer skills (MS Office) and typing speed.
