We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-caller to join our team. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling customer inquiries, and generating sales leads. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, understand their needs, and schedule appointments or sales meetings for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared list of contacts.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their queries and concerns effectively.
- Obtain and document information from leads and ensure that all details are entered into the system accurately.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Schedule appointments or sales meetings for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers at all times.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tele-caller or similar customer service or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections gracefully.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High school diploma, Graduation, additional certification in sales or marketing will be a plus.
