We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to generate sales appointments and build strong customer relationships by engaging with prospective clients. You will be provided with leads and are expected to communicate effectively to schedule appointments, answer queries, and maintain client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients provided by the company to introduce and explain the services.
- Effectively manage and convert leads into confirmed appointments.
- Identify client needs and offer relevant services to meet those needs.
- Schedule appointments for the marketing or sales team to meet with potential clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Handle objections or queries calmly and professionally.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all appointments are properly handed over.
