• Job Title: Telecaller

• Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our company. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to introduce our products and services, answer queries, and generate leads.

• Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our technical products and services.

• Explain the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our offerings.

Handle customer queries regarding product functionalities, pricing, and compatibility.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.

Maintain a database of prospective client information and interactions for follow-up purposes.

• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales closures.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful conversion of leads into customers.

• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve marketing and sales efforts based on customer interactions.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.

• Technical background or familiarity with technical products and services is highly preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
