Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products or services.- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
Keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.- Provide feedback and insights to the team to improve the sales process.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism on calls.
