- Should have more than 7 experience ISU customer services
- Should know Move-in and Move-out processes.
- Should know disconnection and reconnections process.
- Should have experience in customer contacts.
- Able to understand integration between SAP ECC and CRM.
- Having other ISU functional expertise is added advantage.
- Having ISU technical experience is added advantage.
- Understand client requirements and able to design FS.
- Co-ordinate with technical team to complete the developments, review TUTs and complete FUTs.
- Individually Implement enhancements end to end from requirement gathering till Go-live and post Go-live support.
- Regular production support and handling tickets.
