Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located at our Bengaluru facility. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technical training sessions, developing effective training materials and resources, and ensuring that learners acquire the necessary technical knowledge. The role involves mentoring participants to achieve learning objectives, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and continuously improving training methods to ensure effectiveness. Collaboration with the curriculum development team and reporting progress are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer
• Proficiency in Training & Development methodologies and the ability to create customized training content
• Outstanding Communication skills to effectively engage and interact with learners
• Experience in preparing training materials or courses in technical domains
