The Technical Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Agasthiswaram. The primary responsibilities include developing and delivering technical training programs, preparing training materials, conducting workshops and seminars, and evaluating trainee performance. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure training objectives align with organizational goals and staying updated on the latest technological advancements to incorporate into training curriculums.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering technical training programs, including content creation and development.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning management systems (LMS).
• Technical expertise in relevant tools, programming languages, or software within the industry.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and aptitude for research to stay current with emerging technologies.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in the technology or training industry is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
