Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to oversee and optimize our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in website development, data engineering, AI and machine learning, CRM workflow optimization, and task management tools like ClickUp. This role requires a strategic thinker who can evaluate and integrate tech tools to enhance our processes and support our overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Website Development:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's website.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to enhance user experience and functionality.
2. Data Engineering:
- Extract data from Property Management Systems (PMS) and various websites.
- Design, build, and maintain databases to store extracted data.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create comprehensive datasets for analysis.
3. Tech Tool Evaluation and Integration:
- Evaluate new technology tools to determine their potential for optimizing business processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of new tools with the existing tech stack.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their tech needs and provide solutions.
4. AI and Machine Learning:
- Implement AI solutions for data analysis, predictive analytics, and process automation.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and trends to recommend and integrate relevant tools.
5. CRM Workflow Optimization:
- Optimize CRM processes to enhance customer relationship management.
- Implement AI-driven solutions for personalized customer experiences and efficient workflow management.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on CRM systems and AI tools.
6. Task and Project Management:
- Utilize high-level knowledge of task management tools like ClickUp to streamline project management processes.
- Set up and manage projects, tasks, and workflows within ClickUp or similar tools.
- Train and support staff in using task management tools effectively to enhance productivity and collaboration.
7. Process Optimization:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on new tools and systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in website development, data engineering, AI and machine learning, and CRM workflows.
- Proficiency in task management tools like ClickUp.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate and integrate new tech tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive technological advancements.
- Minimum of 7 years work experience.
