- Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, regularly updating CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to optimize sales efforts and enhance customer experience.
Generate regular reports, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in the technology sector, with experience handling government projects.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with a range of technological solutions, including hardware, software, and IT services.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
