Job Description

  • Facilitate successful project definition, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resourcing in leading high-performance project teams.
  • Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, and ensure any changes are documented and approved through a change control process.
  • Manage projects across cross-functional teams, build sustainable processes and coordinate release schedules.
  • Create and execute project work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands.
  • Form strong project team relationships by leading, coaching, and motivating team members, and identifying and resolving blockers or conflicts.
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to clients, project teams, and other project stakeholders.
  • Project Methodology: Building and executing strategic initiatives by delivering comprehensive planning, tracking and performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 9+ years experience in software professional services project management
  • In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Enterprise software applications such as FSA or CRM with recent SaaS experience.
  • Experience with client services, project management, and solution delivery in both Waterfall and Agile environments
  • Strong self-organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to manage financial metrics such as project margin and enable pre-sales activities to support account expansion plans.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills including creating usable documentation and tools.
  • Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics.
  • Able to effectively manage scope change and implementation of multi-year/multi-phased projects or programs.
  • Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 10% of the time (including possible international travel).
  • Certification of PMI is a plus.
