You need to target IT and Non-IT sectors for finding their hiring requirement.
Once you generate hiring leads from different corporate sectors, you need to get the agreement contract signed by both the parties (Employer and us).
Then you shall start searching for the suitable candidates by using various sourcing techniques.
After Sourcing the candidate, you need to screen the candidate with respect to the Job profile.
You need to contact the finalised candidate and explain the job profile, check for their willingness to take up the job, basic skillset and accordingly shortlist the candidates for next round of Interview with the employer.
Once the Interview is completed, you need to take the feedback of the candidate from the Employer. If the feedback is positive convince the candidate to take up the offer, else if the feedback is negative then look for rescheduling interviews with other candidates.
Once the candidate is approved by Employer you need to coordinate with employer and candidate to freeze the joining date. You need to make sure to regularly follow up for the professional fee with the Employer.
You need to follow the TAT provided by the organization for acquisition of candidates.
Any candidate placed by us is absconding or leaving the organization within the said period of agreement, you need to find for a suitable replacement within TAT time.
You shall follow CRM system for updating leads, acquisition & daily activities on daily basis.
