We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MBBS Abroad Admission Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international education consultancy, specifically in MBBS admissions, and a thorough understanding of the visa application process. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, providing guidance to students, and ensuring compliance with all relevant visa regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end admissions process for students applying to MBBS programs abroad.
- Assist students in selecting suitable universities and programs based on their qualifications and preferences.
- Review and evaluate student applications to ensure completeness and eligibility.
- Coordinate with partner universities to facilitate the admission process and secure offers for students.
- Visa Processing:
- Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring all required documents are prepared and submitted on time.
- Stay updated on the latest visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa offices to address any issues or queries related to student visas.
- Student Counseling:
- Provide personalized counseling to students and their families regarding the MBBS admissions process, university options, and career opportunities.
- Conduct information sessions, webinars, and workshops to educate prospective students about studying MBBS abroad.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the admissions and visa process.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all admissions and visa processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student applications, admissions offers, and visa approvals.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions and visa processing activities for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international education consultancy, with a focus on MBBS admissions.
- In-depth knowledge of the MBBS admissions process and visa requirements for major destination countries.
- Strong counseling and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and accurate guidance to students and their families.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
