Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for counseling the inquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person.
- Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.
- Providing information about the various streams, courses, education institutes, and universities. Importantly, advising a client about entry requirements to obtain offer letter from Institutes/ Universities
- Preparing all documentation including SOP, Financial documents, and GTE (Genuine Temporary Entry) requirements before applying for a student visa by our senior team
- Student counseling towards admission in various courses offered.
- Analyzing the best matches and mapping them out.
- Utilize our resources along with information available and provide professional guidance to make the optimal choice for candidates.
- Taking student's updates for admissions and visa process.
- Student Admission & Centre Management.
- Making enhanced outbound calls (60-80 calls) on leads
- Creating database clients
- Help candidates find the best fit
- Follow-up calls, and tele-calling for lead generation
- Update CRM
Qualifications
- Any Graduate (BA, B.com, BSC, BBA, B-Tech, BCA)
- Any Post Graduate (MA, M.Com, MSC, MBA, MCA)
