Job Title: Admission Counsellor / Inside sales specialist (IELTS/TOEFL/IEC Products & Study Abroad)

Company: Z1 Study Abroad

Experience : Fresher - 3 years

Salary : 2.5 - 5 LPA, Negotiable (Depends on experience, expertise, commitments and responsibilities)

Location: T. Nagar, Chennai (Work from Office)

*Looking for Immediate joiners only (As soon as possible or by 01/08/2024)

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer support for our International English Course (IEC), IELTS and TOEFL test preparation products and post that counselling the students for study abroad programs in their desired destination. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, has a strong sales background, and is eager to contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized guidance and support to students seeking to study abroad and for test-prep modules (IELTS)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions and study abroad guidance.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales/ Destination counselling preferably in the education or edtech industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, and GMAT exams and preparation materials is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
