matters.

BusinessperformanceAchieveandexceedtargetsforkeymetricsfootfalls,conversions,sales,modularbusinessasapplicable,

outboundandB2Bbusinessasapplicable,channelpartneranddesignpartnerbusinessasapplicable,buyonphoneetc.

Personally,contributeinanoutsizedproportiontotargetachievementof

theStudioviaintensivekeycustomer/partnerfacinginteractions.

OperationalexcellenceEnsurethatkeyoperationalelementsareexecutedperfectlyopening,closing,attendance,projectsetc.

Oversee andactivelymanagetheaspectsofStudioAdministrationupkeep,

maintenance,oversightofhousekeepingstaff,studiobudgets(petty

cash,consumables,amenitiesetc.),keepcleanrecordsofexpensesinanapprovedmanneretc.

PeopleManageteamactively,monitorperformance,providecoachingforcorrectionanddevelopment,maintainandimprovemoraleofthe

teambyhelpingthemtogrowasprofessionalsandalsoachievingtheirimmediateshort-termbusinessgoals.

Activelybuildskillsinteammembersacrossproductknowledge,salesprocessknowledge.Dothisbothdirectlyandbytakinghelpfrom centralresources,merchantsetc.

Followdueprocesswithhighadherenceandintegrityrecordingdata,managingpeopleandtheirdevelopment,interactionswithcustomers andpartners.

CoordinatewithActivationleadershipandcentralteamstofacilitateand

alignwithonkeyprojectsincluding

inventoryauditandmaintenance(coreresponsibility),projectsinvolving

fixedassetsandvisualmerchandiseetc.

Provideregularandspecialupdates/reportsofthebusinessperformance,issues,competitiveandmarketintelligenceetc.toAreaManager andleadership

Makeplansforin-storeandlocalactivitiesevents/initiativestopromoteStudiointhecatchment.Bethepointperson

forsuchactivities thataredrivencentrallytoo.
