We are seeking a State Sales Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The State Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team in a specific state in India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Indian job market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned state
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals
- Analyze market trends and develop plans to capitalize on opportunities
- Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the state
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to the senior management team
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to meet targets
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. MBA preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
