We are seeking a State Sales Manager with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The State Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team in a specific state in India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Indian job market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned state
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve their individual and team goals
  • Analyze market trends and develop plans to capitalize on opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the state
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance to the senior management team
  • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to meet targets

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. MBA preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in managing a sales team
  • Deep understanding of the Indian job market and employment laws
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state
