We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sr. Support Executive to join our team at Akshar School Solutions Private Limited. As a Sr. Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a support executive or similar customer-facing role
- Junior level support experience (1 to 3 years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using support software and tools
- Patience and empathy in dealing with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
Keep record of sales trends
- Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
