KRA:
- Act as a host cum guide to walk-in customers and present products with clarity as per customer requirements
Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of product detailing as well as service ambience- Achieve set targets both individually and at store level
Ensure display standards within the store based on the set guidelines
- Maintain clean track of walk-ins and leads and engage in follow-ups as per set practices.
Up-sell and cross-sell to improve ticket size- Assist in day-to-day store operations
Maintain cordial customer relationship to improve brand image and passive lead generation
Skills and Requirements:
- Proven work experience in a retail background of not less than 4 years, preferably in a furniture outlet.
Ability to identify Selling Possibilities and quickly grasp customer needs.- Working knowledge of CRM tool and lead management cycles
Aptitude towards continuous learning
- Self-motivated and positive attitude towards customers and service
Proven ability to handle customers with courtesy and patience.
