Manpower Planning and HR Functions
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Selection, Performance Management System, Counseling, Training and Development.
- Compensation and Benefits, Implementation of Policy & Procedures.
- Salary and wages administration, Timekeeping function, Maintenance of personal files for workers & staff.
- Liaison with government departments, compliances under various Acts.
Industrial Relations (IR)
- Handling Union, maintaining harmonious relations between employees and management, supervision of discipline, grievance handling.
- Advising management on various IR matters, Employee participation in decision-making processes.
- Preparing IR-related letters for employees, review, and reporting of all IR activities to management.
Welfare and Facilities
- Monitoring canteen, first aid appliances, training, arrangement of medicine, crche, dining room, changing room, lockers, drinking water facilities as per Factories Acts.
- Arranging uniforms, shoes/safety shoes, and aprons for workers and staff.
Security, Safety, and Compliance
- Monitoring Security, safety & health, PCI activities, gardening.
- Preparing and maintaining documentation and following norms as per standards/code of conduct, audit requirements.
- Handling various technical, ethical, and certification audits.
- Conducting internal audits in coordination with MR (Mr. Pravin Jha).
Meetings and Reports
- Attending meetings organized by Industrial Health & Safety, PF Department, Labour Department, and Election Department at TIMA.
- Sending various reports to Mr. Chetan Kapur: Absenteeism report, Joined, Left & Attrition rate, yearly attendance record, wages record, scanned copies of important letters, and other miscellaneous reports.
Support and Suggestions
- Providing support and suggestions to line managers on recruitment, selection, training, health and safety, people management, industrial relations, etc.
Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Handling Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support HR activities.
- Preparing various MIS reports related to the above-mentioned activities.
