Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Hands-on sourcing of candidates.
- Conducting the first round of interviews.
- Attendance Management:
- Monitoring and managing employee attendance records.
- Leave Management:
- Handling employee leave requests and maintaining leave records.
- Payroll Coordination:
- Coordinating with the finance department for payroll processing.
- Employee Onboarding:
- Managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Preparing and managing necessary documentation.
- Conducting induction programs for new employees.
- Employee Exit Formalities:
- Managing the exit process for departing employees, including documentation and exit interviews.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR operations and talent acquisition.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
