Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive / Executive - Delegate Sales Conferences at our Delhi office in India. As part of the team, you will be responsible for delegate sales for our conferences. Your day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, contacting potential delegates, promoting conference packages, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in delegate sales or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
• Experience in the events or conference industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience: 2 - 3 years of work experience in sales
