Job Description

Sr. HR Executive

Role: Sr Client Acquisition specialist

Exp:- 5+ years

Location:- Bhubaneswar(WFO)

Industry:- Recruitment

Notice period:- Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including online networking platforms, social media, and industry forums.

2. Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to develop targeted business development strategies.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

4. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates to clients.

5. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.

6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

7. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.

8. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback using CRM tools and other reporting mechanisms.

9. Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

10. Represent the company at virtual events, webinars, and online conferences to promote our brand and expand our network.

11. Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards in all client interactions and business practices.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Strong client engagement, client management, client handling, client acquisition, client onboarding, client interaction, client relationship, client account management, client coordination, C2H, contract hiring skills required.

Proven success in recruitment management and candidate sourcing.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting to changes and overcoming challenges in a proactive manner.

  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
