We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in business development in the Indian job market context. The candidate must have a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation, Source sales opportunities through inbound / outbound leads.
Lead generation through cold calling/Email campaigning for Software products.
Build our brand and position various solutions with the support of Product specialists.
Engage with prospects and customers, understand needs and requirements, and position our products & services.
Progress qualified opportunities to proposal, close sales & Order fulfilment.
Built long-term relationship with customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
Coordinating for order processing, invoicing, installations, and payments from customers.
Maintain record of all customer communication/interaction in DCR (Daily call report)
Keeping oneself updated with certified as per OEM / partner requirements.
