We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in business development in the Indian job market context. The candidate must have a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation, Source sales opportunities through inbound / outbound leads.

Lead generation through cold calling/Email campaigning for Software products.

Build our brand and position various solutions with the support of Product specialists.

Engage with prospects and customers, understand needs and requirements, and position our products & services.

Progress qualified opportunities to proposal, close sales & Order fulfilment.

Built long-term relationship with customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels

Coordinating for order processing, invoicing, installations, and payments from customers.

Maintain record of all customer communication/interaction in DCR (Daily call report)

Keeping oneself updated with certified as per OEM / partner requirements.

  • Willing to travel locally to assigned territory.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in business development in the Indian job market context
  • Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Candidates with sales experience in software/reseller companies, proven background in business development or good knowledge related to AEC market (Architectural, Engineering & Construction) or solution selling- Added advantage.
  2. Experience in Sales CAAD SALES / IT SALES (hardware/software) / ERP Sales / Sales experience in construction materials.
  3. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
