We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Business Development Executive to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a passion for education technology. This role will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EdTech sector through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to help improve our offerings based on customer needs and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree .
- 1 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the EdTech landscape and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
