Job Description

We at CADWORKS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Executive.

We are in search for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong background in sales and business development, particularly within the education technology sector. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the EdTech sector through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as schools, colleges, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
  • Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals in a mutually beneficial manner.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Providing feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree.
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech landscape and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
