Job Purpose:
Overall Purpose: DC CTX Executive Leadership i.e., AVP of Technology, this role ensures seamless operations by managing administrative functions, in preparing and tracking business plan, monitoring performance results and facilitating effective communication. Acting as a primary delegate, they enable informed decision-making in the absence of key personnel and contribute to organisational success through collaboration and strategic support.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: This position has responsibility and accountability for program/project management, budget and administrative functions for CTX. This position is often the primary delegate representing the AVP in their absence (with their guidance) on resolution of budget management, business planning, and tactical planning issues. Often responsible for prioritising critical work tasks for the organisation. Provides expertise in all technical areas that the district is accountable for. Member of task forces and process management teams to insure overall district success. Decisions must be made in an environment of constant change while balancing multiple priorities that include competitive pressures, fluctuation revenue streams, financial limitations, engineering and service requirements while incorporating capital and expense budget pressures.
Job Contribution: Reports to General Management. Education: Typically Bachelor Degree or equivalent is needed. Experience: Typically 2 to 5 years relevant experience in area of responsibility. Supervisory: No.
Responsibilities And Day-to-Day View
Responsible for various administrative, reporting functions for IDC CTX Teams.
Partner closely with ACC Salesforce IDC leadership and their teams, key partners, other Chief of Staff in IDC-CTX as well as our partners in finance, recruiting, and procurement.
Operational and financial data management, Vendor, NPW, invoice, rosters, QBs, REQs, assets reporting and management
Support content creation processes for meetings and presentations for completeness while delivering against timelines.
Will be the primary delegate representing ADs and Directors in their absence including resolution of budget management, business planning, and tactical planning issues.
Member of task forces and process management teams to ensure overall org success.
Manage IDC ACC Salesforce team participation in and adherence to company-wide programs and requirements (HR, BU driven activities, policy changes, etc.).
Act as a front door for requests that do not have a clear owner, which requires a good overall knowledge of organization functions.
Various other day-to-day administrative duties related but not limited to communication, strategy and execution
