Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in sourcing technology profiles like Software Engineers.
- This is not an end to end recruitment role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willing to work as an individual contributor (IC).
- Strong Stake holder management skills.
- Willing to work behind a Talent Acquisition Lead but needs to have a headhunting skill to find the IT talent.
- Candidate must be strong with Software Engineering/Cloud and SAAS based products (preferably Tax software) and knows the pan India market.
- Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hires and future requirements.
- Must have good hands-on experience on portals like Naukri, Shine, Monster and LinkedIn RPS.
- Effectively manage data using any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and must be CRM savvy. Beamery is the preferred tool.
