Master's degree or equivalent experience in IT framework design, B.Tech in computer, digital product &/or solutions or a related field.
Confirmed experience in designing & deploying innovative IT solutions. A minimum of 8+ years experience in leading/ curating work flows, solution designing, IT project management etc, with a total work experience of 10+ years.
Certified experience in Design Thinking, six sigma, PMP, TQM or similar protocols.
Strong IT experience in creating & working on IT solutions, designing work flow management, robust data structures, low code/no code platforms.
Knowledge of RESTful API and system integration principles.
In-depth knowledge and experience with Epicor/other ERP systems, including implementation and administration
Proven track record in business process improvement and project management.
Proficiency in technical and functional analysis methods.
Proven ability to synthesize research and analytics into clear insights, and to deliver actionable recommendations, using new age market tools & an experience in creating high value & realtime data dashboard & visualizations to act as right metrics for data interpretation across functions/businesses.
Expert user of Microsoft office, with focus on Excel, Power BI and Google Analytics. Key understanding & experience in newer Data Analytics & AI tools and data visualization and presentation skills.
A strategic thinker with good communication, story telling and presentation skills, Web analytics and user behavior.
Experience understanding and partnering with vendors, partners on analytics to deliver robust insights, with the ability to leverage data to develop strategy/decisions.
Extensive experience with vendor and project management, Consultative skills to partner with key stakeholders at all levels to develop IT plans & solutions.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, product managers, and developers, to propel customer-centric decision-making and inform product prioritization
Experience in designing high-quality research / survey platforms with an iterative mindset, with an ability to adapt study parameters to accommodate changing product design needs
Understanding of IT systems, work flow management & data structuring will be a critical required for the role.
Working understanding of Salesforce, Genesys, SAP and other related systems in a customer facing environment
Experience of one or more enterprise level CRM e.g. Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce is essential
