Job Title: Sales Manager - Healthcare Software and Mobile Apps

Job Summary:

Avisa Smart Hospitals is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our healthcare software solutions and mobile applications designed for hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing strong relationships with healthcare providers, and achieving sales targets. This role requires deep knowledge of healthcare technology, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to promote and sell healthcare software solutions and mobile applications to hospitals and clinics.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and webinars to showcase the benefits of our software and mobile app solutions.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales follow-up.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  1. Market Expansion:
  • Explore and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the reach of our software and mobile app solutions.
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations with other healthcare providers and technology firms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify potential areas for growth.
  1. Sales Performance:
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously refine sales strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
  1. Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our healthcare software and mobile app solutions, features, and benefits.
  • Provide training and support to clients to ensure successful implementation and utilization of the software and mobile apps.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay client feedback and suggest improvements.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in software and mobile app sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare software solutions and mobile applications and their applications in hospitals and clinics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
