Role : -
- Resources will be required to Implement leading software solutions (CRM, Project Management ) for enterprise clients online
- Will have to interact with customers on Online meeting/ call/ Email. Help them in getting the Products implemented and guide them to use software properly.
- This role will also require to give online demos to customer setup by team on technical parameters.
- This role does not require any travel and will be completely online.
Skills -
- Should be very good in communications skills, both Hindi and English
- Should be able to use collaboration tools like Zoom/ Hangout
- Will be required to interact with Corporate customers tech team or users- SaaS or Startup Experience can be an added advantage
- Candidates with any software development, implementation or delivery will be preferred
