Job Description:Are you a social media savvy individual with a passion for communication and client engagement We are seeking a Social Media Intern to manage our social media accounts, CRM, client communication, and email communication. If you have a great personality and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and others.

Implement and monitor social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and suggest improvements.

Assist in managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.

Facilitate communication with clients through various channels, including email and social media.

Draft, format, and send email communications to clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with other team members to coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Familiarity with social media management tools.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.

Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player mentality.

Previous experience in social media management, marketing is a plus.
