Site Engineer/Supervisor(furniture/interior design)

Job description:

we need candidates who worked in furniture industry /interior design only, please do not apply who are having experience in construction field.

Education: any degree /diploma/12th pass,

Experience: 6 months to 1 year or More

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management:

Oversee all aspects of the interior design project, from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.

· Site Supervision:

Manage and coordinate construction activities on the site, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards, and adheres to project specifications.

· Coordination:

Collaborate with interior designers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication.

· Quality Control:

Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of workmanship, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with quality control measures.

· Safety Management:

Implement and enforce safety protocols at the site, ensuring the well-being of all personnel involved.

· Material Management:

Coordinate material procurement, delivery, and storage, ensuring materials are of the required quality and are delivered on time.

· Budget Management:

Monitor project costs, ensure adherence to budget constraints, and identify cost-saving measures.

· Documentation:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.

· Problem Solving:

Identify and address any technical or logistical challenges that may arise during the construction process.

· Communication:

Effectively communicate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and changes.

· Leadership:

Motivate and guide site personnel, ensuring they adhere to project standards and safety regulations.

· Technical Expertise:

Possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards related to interior design.

· Drawing Interpretation:

Be proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings, specifications, and plans.
